This publication is a collection of reminders that every moment can be romantic, a sign to hold on to burning optimism with clinging fingers, and a vignette of fleeting, intense emotions, that dither in my mind and stain my worldview.
It describes the sweet intimacy and torture of loving through time and distance, using a backdrop of the romantic period of landscape painting and the catharsis of rothko’s brand of modernism. In the prose, there is promise in a message finding its way to another person, and the hope that the message finds them well.
